The Vaisala Humidity & Temperature Transmitter HMT360 is an intrinsically safe, microprocessor-based industrial instrument engineered for highly accurate monitoring in hazardous areas (Zone 0/20 and Class I, II, III, Division 1). Utilizing Vaisala’s renowned thin-film capacitive sensor, it delivers exceptional long-term stability and resistance against chemical contamination while simultaneously calculating advanced parameters like dew point, absolute humidity, and mixing ratio. The transmitter features a modular design with a detachable probe body and a dual-wire 4 to 20 mA loop output, making field calibration, maintenance, and hot-swapping incredibly simple without stripping the enclosure. Backed by global safety certifications including ATEX, IECEx, FM, and CSA, it offers six specialized interchangeable probe variants tailored for wall, duct, high-temperature, high-pressure, or pipeline-mounted processes up to 100 bar and 180°C.
