Returns
Adhering with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, and no extended warranty was granted upon purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping
The best method of returning your item is to drop into our shop in person. If you are not able to do so, please contact us via email or by calling to arrange shipping of your item.
Return postage is paid for by the buyer in case of remorse or incompatibility.

When shipping your return, please be sure to include an original purchase invoice, your return address, and all included components/accessories.
