Our Warranty
I.T. Refurbish Limited (t/a Phoenix Gaming) WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our Standard Warranty only covers equipment purchased from I.T. Refurbish Limited (t/a Phoenix Gaming).
Our Standard Warranty on refurbished equipment is 12 months from the date of purchase. This is a return to base warranty and the customer is responsible for the cost of return. An original receipt of purchase must be produced when requesting repair/return under the terms of warranty.
Please note, this warranty applies to only Desktops. Other goods purchased from Phoenix Gaming are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our Warranty covers 100% Parts and Labour up to the purchase price of the equipment. There is a 12 month mechanical warranty on used/refurbished Desktops The warranty does not cover physical damage or misuse by the customer. No deductibles or hidden costs.
If repairs exceed the value of the unit, then the unit will be replaced (if possible).
If repairs or replacement cannot be provided, then a refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the unit.
Customer misuse or abuse, physical damage, acts of nature, and general maintenance are NOT covered with this warranty.
I.T. Refurbish Limited (t/a Phoenix Gaming) are not responsible for any data that is lost due to failure of the product and recommend regular data backups. Every effort is made to maintain the integrity of such data during repair, but I.T. Refurbish Limited (t/a Phoenix Gaming) are not responsible for any data lost during the repair process. Currently we do not offer a data recover programme.
Internal or external batteries are NOT included in warranty. A failed battery will need to be notified within 30 days from the date of receiving the unit, and a replacement will be provided if possible.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If using a laptop, please make sure your laptop is used on a hard flat surface so that air can circulate around the machine, to prevent overheating. If using a Desktop, ensure there is good airlfow to all fans/panels, and the Desktop is not placed flush against a wall or other surface. Doing so will cause overheating.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return of goods.
We recommend that all software (including operating systems) is kept updated at all times.
Please note – for WiFi/Wireless Connectivity issues, please contact your service provider before contacting us. The most common cause of issues with Wireless connections is the service provider’s line, or equipment.
