Returns
Items can be returned if we are contacted within 30 calendar days of collection/delivery. You have another 14 calendar days to return the item. You will be responsible for shipping costs in the case of a change of mind return – otherwise, we’ll cover the cost. We will arrange for shipping return labels and packaging instructions.
In most cases, issues with delivery or technical problems can be solved remotely - just get in touch with us on 0800 464 7566 or email support@phoenixgaming.store. We are always here to help.
In the event that the issue cannot be solved remotely, we can get the item collected and brought back for us to solve. It will then be shipped back out free of charge to you.
